The latest model in our “Liberty” range: Le Panyol 120. It provides 1.13m² of cooking space on the hearth. Use this space to cook 12 dishes at the same time, bake up to 16kg of bread at once, and as for pizzas, you can get out 80 per hour... This is often the choice of professional-amateur cooks with a 2x2m space for their ovens. (220X190 including cladding). This is excellent for gîtes and guest houses.
