Our first wood-fired oven model made especially for pizzerias, the Le Panyol Pro is a compact oven that is perfect for small kitchens and pizza trucks. It only takes 10 kilos of wood and one hour to reach a temperature of 450°C. It allows you to bake three pizzas at the same time, giving you a yield of approximately 40 pizzas per hour.
