Depending on what you want to cook, you'll need to choose a cooking method (with or without flame) and the temperature at which you insert the food.
The very long convection guarantees fast cooking and allows you to cook a number of dishes in sequence with a single heating.
To achieve this, you simply have to choose when you're going to put the food into the oven and how you're going to cook it.
For example, we recommend cooking with an open oven for pizzas and barbecues, and with a closed ovenfor bread, stews or drying fruit and vegetables.
